Information for meeting planners

If you want to include Graham Jones on your programme the following information could be useful.

Graham can handle all sizes of staging, auditoria and meeting rooms. If you have control over the seating arrangements he prefers the room to be arranged in a semi-circular theatre style. He can also cope well with meetings 'in the round'.

A lapel/tie microphone should be provided as Graham is an active speaker who moves about the stage. Sometimes he wanders around the audience, hence lighting may need to be adjusted.

Graham will provide you with an introduction which should be read word for word by the meeting chairperson. This is a contractual term. (See standard contract.)
